Kotak Mahindra Bank servers are currently facing some outages across the globe. Several users have reported that they are facing issues while accessing Kotak Mahindra Bank’s services on Downdetector.
If you are unaware, Downdetector is an online platform that keeps track of apps and service outages.
Users are facing issues with mobile and online banking
According to the report, the outage started surfacing at around 6:33 pm and the issue is still persistent.The report mentions that around 69% of people have reported that they are facing issues while accessing mobile banking and around 31% of people have reported that they are facing issues with online banking.
Also, users who have reported the outage are mainly from Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Nagpur.
Kotak Mahindra Bank hasn’t officially acknowledged the outage
As of now, Kotak Mahindra Bank hasn’t acknowledged the ongoing outage at the time of writing this article. That said, we don’t have any information on what has caused this outage and neither Kotak Mahindra Bank has released any official statement.
