  • Tamper-evident means other than the cover (10, 38) may be provided, for example tear-off means covering the recess provided, opposite the spring hinge, in the outer skirt of the capsule to facilitate opening of the capsule. These are means known per se which have not been illustrated so as not to complicate the drawings.
  • sealing means between the pouring body and the bottle neck could consist of one or more lips or other known means, forming an integral part of the pouring body, in addition to or instead of the inner skirt (4 , 35) cooperating with the inside face of the neck.
  • Another advantage of the structure according to the invention of a pouring assembly and closure cap consists in the possibility of producing a two-color assembly, the two different materials used in the manufacture of the assembly according to the invention being able to be of different colors.

Claims (7)

  1. Ausgieß- und Verschlußkappeneinheit aus Kunststoffmaterial, umfassend einen Ausgießteil (1, 31, 51), der aus einem einzigen ersten Stück aus flexiblem Kunststoffmaterial mit Mitteln (7, 13; 36, 37; 56, 57) zur Befestigung an einem Behälter (6, 58) ausgeführt ist, und einer mit dem Ausgießteil verbundenen Verzchlußkappe (2, 33, 52), die aus einem einzigen zweiten Stück aus hartem Kunststoffmaterial mit einem Scharnier (3, 34, 53) ausgeführt und dazu bestimmt ist, den Ausgießteil in der geschlossenen Position zu verschließen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - daß das Scharnier (3, 34, 53) ein Scharnier mit bistabiler Feder ist, das für die Kappe (2, 33, 52) zwei stabile Positionen, die eine der offenen Position und die andere der geschlossenen Position entsprechend, sicherstellt,
    - daß der Ausgleßteil (1, 31, 51) einen ersten Verbindungsteil (17, 42, 62) mit Hinterschneidungsprofil aufweist, der zwischen den Befestigungsmitteln und dem Scharnier liegt, derart, daß die Befestigungmittel nach der Vereinigung der Verschlußkappe mit dem Ausgießteil flexibel bleiben,
    - daß die Kappe (2, 33, 52) einen zweiten Verbindungteil (24, 47, 61) mit zu dem ersten Verbindungsteil komplementärem Hinterschneidungsprofil aufweist und
    - daß die beiden Stücke durch Abformen des ersten Stücks durch das zweite Stück in der Zone der Verbindungsteile (17, 24, 42, 47; 62, 61) zu einer einheitlichen Anordnung vereinigt sind.
  2. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsteile (17, 24; 62; 61) in der Scharnierzone (3, 53) lokalisiert sind.
  3. Einheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsteile (17, 24; 62, 61) die Form eines schwalbenschwanzförmigen Zapfens bzw. eines schwalbenschwanzförmigen Ausschnittes aufweisen.
  4. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsteile (42, 47) auf dem gesamten Umfang des Ausgießteils (31) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Einheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsteile (42, 47) einen Außenumfangswulst auf dem Ausgießteil (31) und einen Ringteil (47) mit zu dem Profil des Wulstes (42) komplementärem Profil auf einem Ring (32) umfassen, der einstückig mit der Kappe (33) jenseits des Scharniers (34) ausgeführt ist.
  6. Einheit nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel des Ausgießteils auf dem Behälter einen Randring (56, 57) für die direkte Verschweißungsbefestigung des Ausgießteils (51) mit einem den Behälter bildenden flexiblen Rohr (58) umfassen.
  7. Einheit nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsmittel des Ausgießteils auf dem Behälter einen Innenwulst (13, 37) auf einer Außenmantelfläche (7, 36) des Ausgießteils umfassen, um durch Verrastung mit einer Außennut (14) des Halses (5) einer Flasche (6) oder eines entsprechenden Behälters zusammenzuwirken.
